Conditions
- I will contact you only via discord @darling_f, via Furaffinity DMs https://www.furaffinity.net/user/dfil or via YCHCommissions CRM https://ping.commishes.com/@DFIL/. I won't take payments via other sites or platforms.
- I work with ADULTS only. If you less than 18 years - DO NOT commission me. If you commissioned me and later I receive information that you are a minor - i finish commission with SFW edits. After that you won't be able to contact me.
- Commissions are for personal use only. I don't do commissions for profit or commercial use.
- You can post your commission, but give me a credit ''DFIL''.
- I can post your commission in any social media. There is an extra fee, if you don't want me to post your commission in any social media. Commission also can be posted without your mention.
- For commissions i use Paint Tool Sai 2 and Procreate.
- I am able to draw anthro characters and MLP-like characters and simple/medium lanscapes/backgrounds. Please do not commission me 3d models, any kind of animation, Vtube models or complex landscapes/interior backgrounds.
Process
- My style is pretty fluid and details of my works may be a little different. If you want a commission that stylistically looks very similar to my previous work - let me know about it.
- Please maintain business relations with me. This is my job and i don't look for close friends, partners or anything else but the work. This also includes the agressive behave towards me. Please be patiend and clarify or rephrase things that i ask for. English is not my native language and often i have problems with understanding the informations, especially if you use slang or words from other languages. If our business starts to feel uncomfortable for me - i complete your (paid) commission and you won't be able to contact me again.
- Please provide any references for your commission (Art, 3d models, photos, etc), it will be better, if there is also (but NOT ONLY) text description of your commission.
- Standart deadline - 3 months. It starts after i send you the rough sketch of your commission. But the work may be completed sooner - this usually happens when i have short queue or your commission is simple. Please do not rush me or ''poke'' me every 1-3 days, i always send a progress whenever there is a progress of your commission. Remember that you are likely not only one who i work with at this moment. For the complex projects my deadline can expand up to 8 months. I'll notify you, if your commission is complex for me to do. If i won't complete your commission in 3-8 months, you get 30% discount for future commission. If i won't complete your commission in 8-12 months, you get 100% discount for future commission.
- Putting my work into any Artificial Intelligence (AI) engine is prohibited. This also means that you can't put ANY stage of my work into AI, even if you want to show me edit that you want to see on your commission. You'll get a notification if you do this 1 time. If you do this 2nd time - you won't be able to get any commissions from me in the future. This also means that i do not use AI myself.
- I will send you every stage of your commission. Rough Sketch - Sketch - Linework (With or without flat colors) - Full picture.
Payment
- Please make the payment ONLY after we discussed the commission details and i gave you the payment links or i am visibly ready to do this commission. I can decline the commission/alternative version of the commission/ edit of the commission, if i know that it's not possible for me to do this at the moment.
- Due to conditions that i can't control i use only these platforms for the payment - LavaTop, Boosty, Hipolink. Please check those sites for the current details. I DO NOT use cash, PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency or other payment methods at this moment, exept for LavaTop, Boosty and Hipolink.
- I do not provide refunds. It also applies to cases, when you don't like the halfway or finished result. In those and other cases - i finish the commission with requred free or additional payment edits.
- Please do not ask for a discount or any form of free artwork that comes with your commission. I may provide the discount by myself, if i think it's needed or i just want to do so.
- Commissions under $100 requires 100% prepayment. Commissions from $100 can have payment plans (2,3,4 months). You will not recieve the rough sketch before first or full payment. You will not recieve completed commission in full resolution without the 100% payment.
